What is your reschedule policy?
We kindly request that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.Do you accept SpaFinder or Spawish?
We do accept SpaFinder and Spawish, but please note that not all staff members participate. To use these services, we recommend calling to book your appointment. Please be aware that SpaFinder and Spawish cannot be combined with current promotions or used for gratuity.Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes, we're pleased to offer same-day appointments. You can book by calling us directly or using our online booking system.Do you offer group bookings?
We're delighted to accommodate groups of up to eight people for skin or hair services. This includes bridal parties, bachelorette events, corporate spa days, and children's birthdays. We offer a variety of services including facials, massages, head spa treatments, waxing, and hair styling. For group bookings, please contact Mila at 916-410-4460. We also offer a special Mimosa Party package at $99 per person, which includes a 30-minute facial, a 30-minute body massage, and complimentary mimosas.Do you have a refund policy?
While we don't offer refunds for hair and skin services, we're committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your service, we'll gladly schedule a complimentary corrective service.What products do you carry?
Our product range includes Aluram, MoroccanOil, Redken, ELEVEN Australia, Olaplex, Image and Raya Labs Skincare. We also offer our exclusive private label, LUXOLOGY.How is your pricing calculated?
Our pricing is based on standard timing and product usage. Please note that prices may increase if additional time or products are required. Additionally, pricing can vary depending on the experience level of the service provider. We appreciate your understanding that prices may be adjusted for these reasons.
